Kaito Kitamura
I've been wanting to write a profile of Sumire Kurokawa (黒川すみれ), but I haven't found a starting point. Recently, someone asked about stage names, so I thought I'd just talk about the connection between stage names and her work. Sumire Kurokawa has used quite a few names, conservatively estimated at more than six, and each stage name roughly represents a state she was in at the time. Sumire Kurokawa (黒川すみれ/sumirekurokaw) T172cm/B86(D)/W56/H88 Agency: Mine's Sumire Kurokawa, even by today's standards, is considered one of the representative figures of projects from ten years ago. She debuted in October 2010, when she was young and inexperienced. It's said she had never been in a relationship before her debut, but this kind of persona isn't very popular in the industry. When she first debuted, Sumire Kurokawa had a fairly good image, but she seemed to change her stage name too frequently. From the beginning, she chose very small brands and didn't do any marketing or promotion, using stage names such as Natsumi Shinohara, Yuika Sasaki, Mayu Katase, and Marina Komori. Basically, she would change her name immediately after finishing one project, even with the same production company. From this period, it's clear that she wasn't lacking in popularity, but rather deliberately minimizing her presence in the industry. The reason was likely that she was afraid of being discovered, so she changed her identity immediately after each project. This is also evident in her early introductions; she mentioned applying for jobs as a convenience store clerk, a rental shop employee, and an adult film actress. The adult film actress contacted her first, and these jobs were all short-term solutions to her livelihood...
