Mami Nagase (Japanese: 长瀬麻美; English: Mami Nagase, born June 6, 1992) is a Japanese AV actress and gravure idol from Aomori Prefecture. She was formerly an artist under "Aquas Entertainment," "Lupinus Production," "J's Promotion," and "Studio Delight," and before retiring, she was affiliated with "Diaz Group." She was also an exclusive actress for "Max-A." After graduating from junior high school in Aomori Prefecture, Nagase moved to Tokyo. From 2009 to January 31, 2012, she worked as a gravure idol under the name "Ayaka Mizutani," and her younger sister, Runa Mizutani, also worked in the same industry. On April 1, 2012, she joined the talent agency "Lupinus Production" under her current stage name "Mami Nagase" and participated in the "Miss Tokyo 2014" competition organized by the Japanese newspaper "Tokyo Sports," but ultimately lost. In early 2014, Asami Nagase signed with a new company, "J'sPromotion," and then switched to another agency, "StudioDelight," in late July of the same year.
